Head of Trading Risk APAC

Senior leader to head a newly formed Trading Risk team owning end-to-end business risk operations and logic design across spot, derivatives and lending/earn product lines. Responsibilities include team leadership and OKRs, multi-product risk framework design, real-time monitoring, incident response and remediation, margin and liquidation logic, risk assessments for new features, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering. Requirements: 8+ years in risk management (financial services/fintech/crypto), 3+ years managing risk teams (5+), deep derivatives knowledge, multi-product risk experience, strong quantitative skills, Python/C++ proficiency, AI/ML usage, fluent English (Mandarin preferred).
