We’re building something ambitious at the intersection of robotics, real-time data, and distributed infrastructure. While we’re still in stealth, we’re already assembling a world-class team — and we’re hiring a Backend Engineer to help us shape the foundation.

What you'll do

• Build real-time data pipelines (video, depth, sensor streams, and more)
• Design and implement low-latency, high-throughput backend systems
• Help define and scale the core infrastructure for hardware-in-the-loop robotic systems
• Work on both data and infra layers — where performance matters
• Collaborate closely with founders and early team members (repeat exited founders, ex-Google, PhDs)

• Comfortable working in English

Bonus points if you have

• Deep backend development experience
• Experience with Rust
• Experience with distributed systems, performance optimization, or real-time data

Yes.

Why in-person?
You sometimes need to access, physically, a robot to debug your backend.
Example: “What’s this weird error? Oh, a USB got detached when the robot moved to pick up the package.”

In person how?
We work by objectives and pledge never to have a mandatory office presence policy.
But to reach your objectives you may need to drop by the office to work with IRL stuff, or meet the team.
