Lead Product Manager - Editor - EMEA

Lead PM for Pencil's editor suite owning editor for print, email, PDP and HTML5 and end-to-end import/export pipelines (Figma, PSD, legacy) to pre-press, ESPs, retailers and ad servers. Define how the editor integrates with agentic AI, set success metrics (touchless rate, import/export fidelity), run full product lifecycle from discovery to L+14 audits, and partner with design and engineering to deliver high-fidelity UX. Requires 0-1 or major transformation experience, strong design craft, data-driven qual+quant skills, and experience shipping complex editors or AI-assisted workflows.
