Manager Clinical Programs Neurovascular (m/f/d) Europe

Lead and oversee global and regional clinical programs for neurovascular medical devices. Manage, coach and develop Study Managers and ensure effective resource planning across multiple studies. Drive clinical strategy and study execution from start-up through close-out, oversee vendor selection and performance, collaborate with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, R&D, Biostatistics, Data Management and Safety, ensure ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance, contribute to protocols and publications. Requirements include Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences, 7+ years clinical research (5+ in MedTech), 3+ years people leadership, CTMS/EDC proficiency, willingness to travel up to 20%, fluent English.
