Marketing Lead (Founding Marketing Hire)

First marketing hire for a Swiss deep-tech startup to build the marketing function from zero. Hands-on role to build and run inbound lead generation (SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns), execute paid media, manage presence at industry trade shows, work closely with sales to drive quality pipeline and lead handoff, propose and defend the company’s first marketing budget, and lay foundations to scale marketing. Ideal candidate has prior experience as an early marketing hire at a startup/scale-up, strong execution skills, comfort with limited resources/ambiguity; deep-tech/hardware B2B, sales background, ABM experience, German/DACH experience are strong pluses.
