Payroll Manager

UltraViolet Cyber is seeking an experienced, strategic Payroll Manager to own payroll operations across a global workforce spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC. This high-visibility role manages end-to-end payroll for 700+ employees across the US, Canada, the UK, and India, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. Responsibilities include leading semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring federal/state/local tax compliance and multi-state registrations, reconciling payroll liabilities, coordinating labor cost allocation and reporting with Accounting and FP&A, driving payroll systems automation and migrations (ERP/ADP), maintaining payroll controls and documentation, and leading payroll components of audits. Required: Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/HR or related field, 7+ years payroll experience in multi-state/multi-entity environments, multi-currency payroll experience, strong US payroll tax knowledge, advanced Excel, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll platforms.
