Principal Product Manager - Time to First Production

Own the end-to-end Time to First Production outcome: define north-star metrics, map the new-team journey, set roadmap and priorities across AI-assisted and agentic building experiences, guided onboarding, testing/validation tooling and path to production. Partner with Validation, Engineering, Design and GTM to build measurement and deliver a measurable, customer-focused first-run experience. Requires significant Principal/Staff-level product management experience in B2B/enterprise SaaS, track record building measurement and north-star metrics, strong cross-functional influence and written communication, and interest or experience with AI-native/agentic workflows. Nice-to-haves: process automation, workflow orchestration, BPM, developer platforms.
