Procurement Operations Manager

Responsible for procurement of goods and services that enable internal business operations. Partner with stakeholders to source products and services, manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, execute RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes, set up vendors and POs in NetSuite, monitor supplier performance, conduct spend analysis, and improve procurement processes and controls. Requires 3–5 years procurement/sourcing/purchasing or vendor management experience, experience buying software/technology/services, familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems, proficiency with Excel; bachelor’s degree preferred.
