๐ข Vita Health
Vita Health is a dynamic startup in the health, nutrition, and fitness industry. Our innovative product has positively affected the lives of over 130,000 people in our core market, and we are now eager to expand our expertise and reach globally.
Our mission is to make prevention accessible and affordable, empowering individuals to take control of their health and achieve optimal well-being. Now we want to enhance our presence not just in the B2C sector, where we began, but also in B2B by integrating into corporate welfare programs for both large enterprises and SMEs that shape our market. Hence, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and drive the next phase of our business evolution.
HR buyers who invest in corporate health programmes face a persistent, structurally under-served problem: they cannot demonstrate that the investment works. They can count enrollments. They cannot show outcomes. When renewal conversations arrive, they are defending a line item on the P&L with no data that a CFO would find credible.
That gap, between a product employees may genuinely use and a business case an HR director can repeat internally, is where contracts can be lost, and where Vita Health has the clearest opportunity to build something competitors cannot easily replicate. This role exists to close that gap.
As the PM leading this squad, you are joining a live build. Work is already underway. Your job is not to start from scratch, it is to take ownership of the direction, sharpen the decisions that remain open, and lead design, engineering, and product marketing to ship something that changes the buyer's posture in a real commercial conversation.
You will work in close contact with Sales, not as a stakeholder to manage, but as a daily partner whose feedback is the fastest signal available on whether what the squad is building actually works.
This role reports to the Head of Product and has direct influence over B2B product sequencing, the HR evidence layer, and the commercial positioning that supports B2B Customers renewals and expansion.
You understand the problem and the squad is aligned on you.
You have invested time with Sales, existing B2B customers, and key stakeholders to build a first-hand understanding of where the HR buyer gap actually sits โ not from documents alone, but from direct conversations.
You have mapped what the squad is building, what has already shipped, and what is still open โ and you have a clear point of view on where the most critical decisions lie.
The squad knows how you work: how you make decisions, how you communicate, and what you expect from each function.
You are leading, not just catching up.
You own the squad's direction with confidence, you are setting priorities, not inheriting them passively.
You have identified the one or two things most likely to move the needle on B2B Employer PMF and the squad is aligned on them.
Design, engineering, and product marketing are working in a coherent direction, with a shared understanding of what success looks like for the HR buyer.
The squad is shipping and the commercial impact is visible.
At least one meaningful capability has shipped with your fingerprints on it, shaped by your understanding of the buyer problem, delivered by the squad, and used by Sales in real conversations.
You have a view on what Q4 needs to deliver to reach B2B Employer PMF by Q1 2027, written down and defensible with leadership.
The Sales team sees the squad as a genuine partner, not a roadmap they are waiting on.
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 in a B2B SaaS or B2B2C startup as the accountable PM for a product surface and its commercial outcomes.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional squads including design, engineering, and product marketing.
Track record of working directly with B2B Sales teams, in buyer conversations, not just in pipeline reviews and translating what you heard into concrete product decisions.
Experience building buyer-facing product surfaces: reporting, outcome dashboards, ROI frameworks, or equivalent.
Comfortable working with data to identify what signals matter, what can credibly be attributed to the product, and how to present evidence in commercially persuasive terms.
Strong written communication, our operating model starts from narrative documents; you are expected to write clearly about customer problems, product decisions, and the reasoning behind both.
Background in HR tech, insurtech, or digital health in Italy or broader European markets.
Leads without creating bottlenecks, gives each function the context to make good decisions independently rather than centralising every call.
Thinks in outcomes: describes past work in terms of what changed for the customer and for the business, not what was shipped.
Holds commercial and user context simultaneously and knows when to optimise for which.
Comfortable with PMF-stage ambiguity, moves on a clear problem and a hypothesis, not a fully specified roadmap.
Transparent by default: shares what they know and what they do not, flags risks early, does not confuse optimism with evidence.
