Recruiter (Contract)

CreatorIQ is hiring a Recruiter on a 3-6 month contract to support global talent acquisition across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role is fully remote and responsible for full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to senior roles across the U.S., Canada, London, Poland, and the Philippines; partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies; delivering an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding; leveraging market data and recruiting analytics to advise leaders; and collaborating cross-functionally. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle global recruiting experience (preferably in high-growth SaaS/technology), experience hiring at mid-senior levels and some high-volume roles, proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, AI fluency for recruiting tools, strong stakeholder influencing skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
