Regional Manager | EMEA - Central (m/w/d)

As Regional Manager, Central EMEA, you will shape the future of Arc’teryx retail across one of our most important regions. Leading a team of Store Managers, you will create an environment where people thrive, communities grow, and guests experience the very best of our brand. You will own regional performance across our Brand Stores and Factory Outlets, balancing commercial excellence with an uncompromising commitment to guest experience. Responsibilities include leading and developing Store Managers, driving regional performance, championing the guest experience, bringing the brand to life with Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Community teams, collaborating with Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Finance, People and Marketing, using data to drive decisions, creating an inclusive high-performance culture, representing Arc’teryx externally and leading through change. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in a similar role, retail operations and district management experience, strong people leadership, excellent communication in German and English, interpersonal and stakeholder influence skills, organizational and analytical ability, proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel, decision-making skills, flexibility, willingness to travel and occasional weekend or holiday work. Hours: Full-Time, 5 days a week. Compensation: Salaried | Base + bonus.
