1Password is looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our Customer Experience (CX) team in EMEA. In this role you will manage the renewals process for a portfolio of existing customer accounts, working cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and internal teams to support retention and long-term relationships. Responsibilities include managing the full renewal lifecycle, proactively engaging customers prior to contract expiration, building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience, analyzing renewal metrics and license usage, educating customers on product value and updates, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring renewal agreements are properly documented and compliant. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a SaaS or technology environment; solid understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue principles, and contract processes; strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical skills to interpret data; experience collaborating across Sales, Customer Success and Product; proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Gainsight; comfort working toward defined renewal targets and metrics. This is a fully remote role based in the UK. The annual base salary for UK-based candidates is between £46,000 and £64,000 GBP and is commission-eligible.
