Lead GiveDirectly's learning and measurement agenda for Large Lump Sum (LLS), District Transformation, and Cash + Coaching. Set strategy and standards for large-scale M&E, oversee formal research and academic partnerships, support product design using evidence and analysis, build and lead a small team, and represent research externally. Requires senior technical leadership in monitoring & evaluation, theory of change, impact measurement, A/B testing, model development for cost-effectiveness/ROI, stakeholder management, and prioritization of research and M&E investments.
