Revenue Operations Manager

Owner of Revenue Operations for Morpho's GTM team: build GTM dashboards and KPI reporting, run the GTM tech stack, automations and AI tooling, maintain CRM hygiene and processes, build business intelligence and forecasting, surface market signals, track rep attribution/productivity/quotas/territories, and own knowledge base and data management. Requires DeFi/onchain familiarity, RevOps/growth engineer or business analyst experience at a B2B startup, technical/software background with automations, strong data modeling/analysis/reporting skills, business mindset, ownership and clear async communication.
