We are on the lookout for the next awesome outbound-driven sales hunter to join HKR.TEAM as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), working for a US-based client in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound pipeline building. Research and identify potential clients across industries like hospitality, wellness, retail, media, and PR. Hunt down decision-makers and build qualified lead lists for outbound campaigns. Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone follow-ups to generate interest and book meetings. Prepare leads by understanding their business, needs, and fit with the client’s offering before outreach. Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team. Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean and updated with all outreach activities, lead statuses, and pipeline progress. Collaborate closely with the US-based sales team via Slack to align on messaging and targeting. Continuously improve outreach sequences, messaging, and lead qualification processes.
