Sales Operations Specialist

Founding-team Sales Operations Specialist for RC Capital at RevenueCat. Own the customer lifecycle end-to-end for a factoring product (Early Payouts): evaluate leads, onboard customers, support live accounts, and handle operational and risk work. Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, Finance, and Marketing; run the full sales cycle, reporting, CRM campaigns, automations, and fraud/risk management. Requirements include 3+ years in client-facing sales/account management/support, 1-2 years marketing/growth experience, strong analytical instincts, familiarity with CRM/support/analytics tooling, and ability to work overlapping US hours.
