Impact of a Senior Account Executive: Drive new customer growth by identifying, engaging, and closing high-potential accounts across Benelux and the Nordics; own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and account expansion; collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success; quota-carrying, individual contributor role. What to expect: Territory & Account Strategy; End-to-End Sales Ownership with Salesforce; Cross-Functional Collaboration; Product Demonstrations; Market & Competitive Insight; Stakeholder Communication; Forecasting & Deal Execution; Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management; Regional Travel across Benelux and Nordics. What you bring: 5+ years of technology sales experience in B2B; tenacity and target-driven; strong value-selling approach; growth mindset; technological acumen with interest in cloud platforms, developer tools, and modern application architectures; pipeline generation and CRM proficiency (preferably Salesforce); strong communication and interpersonal skills; team collaboration; experience with Solution Selling and value-based selling; familiarity with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC preferred; willingness to travel ~25–30%. Bonus points: experience with PaaS, cloud technologies, developer-focused products, CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting, and language skills in Dutch, Danish, French or Swedish.
