Senior Affiliate Manager

Senior Affiliate Manager responsible for managing, maintaining and growing affiliate relationships and program: onboarding new affiliates, monitoring performance and ROI, optimizing campaigns, recruiting partners, troubleshooting affiliate issues, and collaborating with internal teams to build high-converting affiliate funnels. Requires 5+ years in affiliate marketing, proficiency with affiliate platforms/networks, strong analytical skills, advanced digital marketing knowledge (SEO, media buying, paid socials), advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Excel/Google Sheets; bonus: postback S2S, ad servers, A/B testing, subscription models and fraud prevention. Fluent English; comfortable with NSFW advertising.
