Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager responsible for owning and growing Go & Grow affiliate channel across Europe. Manage partnerships with publishers, creators, networks; source and onboard affiliates; negotiate CPA, CPL, fixed-fee and hybrid deals; optimise funnel from click to funded investor and retention; operate Target Circle/Circlewise; build partner-level reporting; test creatives and localized messaging; ensure compliance with country-specific financial-promotion rules. Requirements: expert in affiliate/partner platforms (Target Circle, Impact, Awin, Partnerize, CJ), advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI experience, AI fluency, fluent English; German a plus.
