Senior AI Engineer Europe - Remote

Senior AI Engineer to develop and enhance AI-powered capabilities across existing products. Implement new AI features, integrate and maintain LLMs and AI services, build conversational and voice AI, design and optimize RAG pipelines and agent workflows, integrate with internal/external systems, monitor and resolve production issues, and improve performance, reliability and costs. Requirements: 5+ years software engineering, production AI/LLM experience, strong Python, experience with OpenAI/Anthropic/Google Gemini, RAG architectures and distributed systems, strong communication and ownership.
