Senior AI Engineer

Senior AI Engineer to design, build and evaluate generative AI and agent systems end-to-end for Kota's benefits platform. Own data access, retrieval strategy, integration with internal APIs and Metabase, and build evaluation frameworks (golden datasets, regression harnesses, retrieval vs generation failure analysis). Require 5+ years software engineering experience, 2+ years working on LLM/AI agent systems in production, strong agent architecture and prompt design skills, experience across the stack, clear written communication. Early-stage, high-ownership role.
