Senior Customer Engineer

As a Senior Customer Engineer you will guide enterprise customers through complex integrations, lead end-to-end implementations, run technical workshops and enablement, own advanced troubleshooting and escalations, influence product and technical roadmap, and create scalable enablement assets and best practices. The role requires customer-facing implementation experience and strong front-end engineering skills.
