Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Join Twilio as Senior Customer Marketing Manager responsible for building and scaling the customer advocacy program in EMEA. Source, activate, and amplify customer success stories; partner with sales, product, and marketing; lead end-to-end engagements across content, events, PR, and campaigns; develop narratives that resonate with EMEA audiences; manage customer advocates and build mutually beneficial co-marketing experiences. Required: 6+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles; excellent communication and storytelling; cross-functional experience with sales and marketing; experience working directly with senior executives. Desired: B2B technology marketing experience and experience with large enterprise/Global 2000 customers. This role is remote and based in London, UK with approximately 15% travel.
