Senior Customer Solutions Engineer

Join Checkly as a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to help customers get the most from the platform across pre- and post-sales. Own technical evaluations, demos and implementations, collaborate with Product and Engineering, improve docs and assist Support during onboarding. Requires strong coding skills (JavaScript/Node.js preferred), 5+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or similar, dev-tools SaaS experience, familiarity with monitoring/observability/testing preferred, ability to use AI tools, autonomous remote-working skills, English fluency, located in Europe (UTC+1/UTC+2).
