We are seeking a proactive, highly strategic, and driven Senior Customer Success Manager to join the EMEA Customer Success team to own onboarding and implementation of strategic enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include strategic onboarding and implementation, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, team leadership and mentorship, process optimization, lifecycle and account management, portfolio growth and product expertise. Location is ideally Barcelona, Spain (preferred but not compulsory) with willingness to travel regionally. Qualifications: 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS with enterprise/strategic accounts, fluency in Spanish and English, bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience with complex technical implementations, strong data literacy and KPI management, and strong project management and relationship-building skills. Tool proficiency required: Gainsight, Salesforce, Claude. Compensation: target cash compensation ranges from €93,000 - €101,000 including fixed annual salary and performance-based bonus, plus stock option grant (subject to board approval).
