Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, AI Core

Senior full-stack engineer on the AI Core team building full-stack AI solutions. Ship end-to-end AI projects on a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend; design and run experiments/A-B tests; build RAG systems, AI agents, LLM inference infrastructure, and AI evaluations/observability; optimize performance and reliability and scale AI features into production. Requirements: 6+ years full-stack experience on high-traffic production apps, proficiency with Ruby on Rails, MySQL/Postgres, ReactJS, hands-on production AI experience, strong experimentation mindset, and professional English (C2).
