Senior People Business Partner

Remote is hiring a Senior People Business Partner embedded directly inside the business, working closely with senior leaders to drive performance, build high-performing teams, and own talent strategy execution. Responsibilities include org design and headcount decisions, resolving complex employee relations cases, coaching Associate/People Business Partners, leading talent strategy execution (performance calibration, succession planning, high-potential and manager development, internal mobility), serving as an escalation point for complex People Partner and employee relations issues, leveraging people data and talent insights, embracing and leveraging AI tools and automation, partnering with People Programs to design frameworks and toolkits, driving high-value cross-functional People initiatives, and coaching and mentoring People team members. Requirements include significant experience as a People Business Partner supporting a global organisation at scale, deep expertise in multi-jurisdictional employee relations, proven ability to drive talent strategy, strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, discretion handling confidential matters, and fluency in English. The role is fully remote with priority for candidates in EMEA or AMER.
