Senior Product Manager

Senior product leadership role at a remote-first fintech startup building trust and identity infrastructure. Own the product roadmap end-to-end, collaborate with engineering, design and commercial teams to define goals, success metrics and execution plans; break down complex B2B/platform problems into shippable features; balance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture; document decisions and reasoning. Requirements: 6+ years in product management or product leadership, experience with complex B2B or platform products, strong systems thinking, comfort with technical trade-offs and scalability, clear written communication, ability to work within EU timezones. Fintech/identity/payments and remote-first experience are a plus.
