Senior Project Manager

PawaPay seeks a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery system across the business: intake, coordination, visibility, prioritisation support and escalation. You will run and refine a ClickUp-based delivery workspace, steward AI-assisted intake and reporting, support prioritisation sessions, surface risks early, coordinate cross-functional projects and drive continuous pragmatic improvement. Requires significant experience delivering complex cross-functional projects (preferably in fintech/payments or regulated, partner-dependent environments), fluency with ClickUp, Slack and Google Workspace, AI-native working (eg. Claude), experience with merchant integrations/API onboarding desirable, and relevant PM certifications welcome.
