Senior Software Engineer, Agents

Build foundational agent infrastructure for an AI assistant (Slack, dashboard, API): orchestration, tool execution, context management, evaluation, and trust/permissions. Role requires shipping reliable, observable, and secure backend production systems; hands-on experience building with LLMs (tool use, structured output, context management, evaluation, orchestration); 5+ years experience; comfortable with ambiguity; self-directed and effective in fully-remote collaboration. Bonuses include OpenAI/Anthropic API experience, agent tooling, evaluation/observability frameworks (Langfuse, Langchain), subscription/app-store familiarity, Slack integrations, and OSS contributions.
