Join LangChain Professional Services to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and multi-agent systems for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include infrastructure/platform engineering (cloud deployments, Kubernetes cluster design, autoscaling, multi-region HA/DR, IaC with Terraform/Helm, CI/CD, networking, security, observability), agent engineering (LangChain/LangGraph, prompt engineering and A/B testing, evaluation frameworks, RAG/vector stores, tool integration), and customer-facing technical assessments. Requirements: 7+ years technical customer-facing experience, 3+ years cloud infra (GCP/AWS/Azure), strong Kubernetes, IaC, Python/TypeScript, observability and CI/CD experience.
