Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect on Professional Services working with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and multi-agent systems. Responsibilities include infrastructure/platform engineering (Kubernetes, cloud, IaC, CI/CD, security, HA/DR), agent engineering (LangChain/LangGraph, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, vector stores, RAG), and customer-facing technical assessments. Requires 7+ years technical customer-facing experience, 3+ years cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes expertise, IaC (Terraform/Helm), Python/TypeScript, and experience building production AI applications.
