Staff AI Engineer, Payments Intelligence

Senior hands-on AI engineering lead responsible for architecting and building production LLM and agent systems (AIDA, NOVA) for Payments Intelligence. Design multi-step agents with tool use, orchestration, memory, RAG, and low-latency model serving; build conversational multilingual agents for support, revenue recovery and merchant intelligence; define evaluation, observability, safety and guardrails; mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements: extensive software engineering experience shipping LLM/agent systems, expertise in agentic systems and prompt engineering, strong Python and backend (Go/Kotlin), model serving/cloud infra (AWS), and evaluation/observability tools.
