Warehouse Management System Consultant (NetSuite)

As a WMS Consultant at RF-SMART, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge warehouse management solutions using our innovative data collection software for NetSuite ERP. With a broad understanding of general warehouse operations, best practices and business processes, the consultant will lead implementations and support our expanding customer base in the EMEA region. Responsibilities include designing and delivering tailored warehouse data collection solutions (receiving, inventory control, picking, light production), consulting customers on warehouse best practices, leading customer implementations (application design, setup, testing, training), troubleshooting issues in NetSuite ERP or RF-SMART software, scoping and documenting custom requirements, coordinating with development, maintaining organized project communications, and providing training and post-Go Live support. Travel around 30% and must be UK based.
